Meet Kyle!

Meet Kyle, a freshmen Applied Ministry major with an emphasis in Youth Ministry.

I feel like the Father is calling me to serve overseas after my years of working with youth. I have always felt a desire to go to Africa and when I found out I could go to Africa and serve, I couldn't pass up the opportunity.
Others can lift me up by asking the Father for consistency in my quiet times--that they are meaningful not just something to check off my list.

He is faithful!

The Father is so faithful!  After only a couple weeks we have seen the Father provide just over $5,000 for our trip this summer!  We still have roughly $20,000 to go but it is so encouraging to see Him bless our trip.

As we continue to raise funds, please lift up that the Father would continue to bless this endeavor in abundance.

On Thursday we were also able to have our first team get together.  Though we were missing one member of our team it was so much fun to be able to get to know one another better, play some games and talk about what we will do while in Africa.

This weekend our team will attend an orientation retreat that is held for all the students and sponsors going on trips this summer (13 trips in total).  Please lift us up as we kick off a semester of preparation.  Following this weekend we will begin 10 weeks of training as well as a semester of team meetings.  As we spend more time together ask the Father to unite us as one in heart and thought.  Ask that we would connect well with the M's mission and be able to further their work.

Keep checking back for frequent updates as the semester progresses.

For All of Us,

Dayla

How are they to believe?

The call is simple--go.
The qualifications--our willingness.
The cost--significant.

The cost if we choose not to go--unimaginable.

But how then will they call on Him in whom they have not believed? And how are they to believe in Him of whom they have never heard? And how are they to hear without someone preaching?  And how are they to preach unless they are sent? As it is written, 'how beautiful are the feet of those who preach the good news'! (Rom 10:14-15)

Take a couple minutes to see the faces of those with whom we will share.
